There are a ton hidden throughout the game, but for the sake of not creating an entire game guide of a walkthrough for you, we'll give you some in Hyrule Field. We've gone back and sought out some hidden spots in Ocarina of Time that may still even be a mystery to you, and while most of these are probably nothing new after ten years if nothing else it'll bring you the sense of nostalgia you've earned as a true Legend of Zelda fan. Amongst various commands was the element of movement the idea that the freedom was yours to control and guide Link wherever he need be.Įxploring different lands and sections of the game became a thrilling aspect to gamers everywhere, and soon enough finding hidden items and what is still referred to as "secrets" was a very serious goal. With a few controller commands, suddenly you were operating what seemed like a real-life hero and not just a graphic on a television screen. The action button, for one, allowed gamers to interact with the game in such a futuristic way that platformers had not yet reached. What made Ocarina of Time so great were its features that were so new to gamers at the time and created one heck of a gaming experience. The game, which was released in November of 1998, seemed revolutionary at the time: 3D-looking graphics, intricate game music, and a 99/100 by Metacritic quickly paved the way for its headline as one of the greatest games ever created. It was the fifth installment of the Zelda series and also the first to come out on Nintendo 64, which made it a huge deal at the time. “Chomp chomp chomp.Arguably the best Legend of Zelda game ever created, Ocarina of Time is full of mystery and spots that still remain lost for many gamers. But also this time around he's not the only source of Magic Beans HOWEVER I refuse to talk about anyone but the Bean Seller in this blog. This time around he will actually just keep it at about 10 tasty Rupees AND he will explain how to plant those beans. Don't ask me where specifically because I really can't remember that tho I do remember far too much other things… Anyway, he will also be selling you some tasty Magic Beans, but he won't be greedy like in Ocarina of Time. Floating on the merchants carpet at lon lon ranch!! …Īnd now we have come to his job in Majora's Mask.well not really his job, cuz yknow he's a bean seller but about him in that game!! In this game he will be hiding in a hidey hole just by the deku palace. You will see him move away from that spot tho, in the ending credits where he will be seen with that weird looking carpet merchant and that creepy looking lake scientist. But he will tell you that he intends to eat them.welp can't really do anymore about it :shrugs: However that kindness slowly fades as you realize every time you buy some he will raise the price of the Magic beans until you buy about 10 where he will just stop selling them, apparently refusing to sell any more to our boy adventurer. And if you buy one from him, he will be so kind as to explain how to plant them in patches of soft soil all over hyrule. In Ocarina of Time he can be found sitting, lling these beans near the south end of Zora's River. Weirdly enough he is also seen constantly eating them.BUT I really don't want to get into that…. Why? Because he aids you in your journey by selling you the Magic Beans. Obviously he is a hylian legend amongst everyone involved in the legend of zelda franchise. The bean seller makes his appearance in two games throughout the series, specifically Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.
